What does the company do?
|
Precision engineering is literally being done on the first floor!
Employing excellent machinery, the motivated personnel create products that satisfy
the most demanding customers.
Locksmithery and sheet metal processing is on the same floor, right next to
precision engineering. Here, experienced craftsmen prove their skill and ingenuity
every day.
Talk about ingenuity!
Mechanical engineering is located in the entire upper floor of the building.
The area is divided into the design bureau, or "think tank", storage for the
parts, and assembly, where the individual parts grow into a powerful machine.
The so-called program of the house includes brushing machines that are
used to process the surfaces of circuit boards and similar workpieces. We
differentiate between standard models and customized versions that are, according
to customer specifications, quickly implemented by the design bureau.
Other kinds of custom machines are also a specialty of Otto Dilg. Examples
include "vehicle ramps", "solar cell framing devices" and
"clenching machines for roller chains".
The company building consists of two floors, mirroring the different business units.
The entire area devoted to construction exceeds 15000 sqare feet, administration and
design occupy 4300 square feet.
